Fir essential oil — rich in alpha- and beta-pinene — carries the purifying, nostalgic scent of deep woods. Frankincense, used in sacred ritual for thousands of years, comes from African and Middle Eastern tree resin and brings depth that's hard to explain and impossible to forget. Pinyon pine is ethically wild-harvested from the southwest United States — fruity notes over woody conifer, uniquely American.

Inhale gently through the mouth. Hold briefly. Exhale through the nose. The aromatics travel through your olfactory system directly to the limbic brain — the part responsible for emotion, memory, and grounding. Two or three intentional breaths. That's the whole ritual.
