MONQ is not a substitute for time in nature. Research on forest exposure does not establish equivalent effects from MONQ; its blends have not been shown to reproduce the health outcomes studied in forest bathing.

MONQ is used through the mouth and out the nose. Do not inhale the mist into your lungs.
Remove the cap. Draw a small amount of aromatic mist into your mouth.
Keep the mist in your mouth. Do not draw it into your lungs.
Exhale slowly through your nose to experience the aroma, then replace the cap.
Aromas can reach scent receptors from the back of the mouth as you exhale through the nose. This route is called retronasal olfaction. Your experience of a particular scent is personal and can vary.

What is in an Original diffuser?
MONQ Original blends contain essential oils in an organic vegetable glycerin base. They contain no nicotine, tobacco, CBD, propylene glycol or artificial flavors.
Each product page lists its blend ingredients. The Original devices are prefilled and are not refillable or rechargeable.

A few common questions.
How is MONQ different from a room diffuser?
A room diffuser disperses aroma into the surrounding air. MONQ Original is handheld and designed for a brief mouth-to-nose experience. It needs no water or external power source during use.
How long does an Original diffuser last?
Each provides approximately 250 breaths. How long that lasts depends on the length and frequency of your use. MONQ recommends two to three gentle breaths per session, two to three times per day, with pauses between sessions.
What are the other MONQ formats?

Can I travel with MONQ?
Carry battery-powered Original diffusers in your carry-on luggage, not checked baggage. Check your airline's rules and destination restrictions before travel. Do not use or charge the device aboard an aircraft.
