More and more, people are electing to use essential oil diffusers as an alternative to vaping. Essential oils are healthier, cleaner and provide you a sense of well-being that vaping does not.
Recently, a Florida newscast tackled the topic of essential oils and talked to those who have found essential oil diffusers to be a better alternative to vaping. Listen to what they have to say above, or read the transcript below:
A new alternative to vaping? The method some doctors are even recommending as a replacement. The argument over how safe vaping is or isn’t is on-going this morning as WPTV-5’s TorI Dunnan found out. Some doctors [are] even turning to an essential oil diffuser as a replacement for some. Listen to this:

“It’s definitely different than vape pens. There’s no tobacco, there are no harmful products at all. It’s a health product.”
For her, this is about healthy living.
“Having a cup of coffee to wake yourself up or a glass of wine to wind down at night…we have these sort of alternative options that are healthier.”

“So the key to this is not the vaping mechanism, it’s being aware of what you’re putting in your body, what’s inside that vaping mechanism.”
He says “carefully consider what you’re smoking or vaping.”

“We have to ask ourselves “what’s the long-term effects of anything that we can’t really understand on our bodies?” and if we really aren’t sure then we really shouldn’t use.”
