The primary ingredients in Focus are black pepper, rosemary, and tulsi. Black pepper has properties that aid with minor discomforts.  Rosemary also is an excellent agent to relieve minor aches and discomforts. Tulsi (Holy Basil) has antioxidant benefits. It is helpful for minor discomfort.
