As a single mom about to say adios to her thirties, I will be honest and say, wow it is hard to get rid of this baby weight and lose the weight. The embarrassing thing is that the baby was born over nine years ago, so the excuses are farcical at this point. We know there is no magic potion, no fairy Godmother to poof away our puffy gut. Well, let me tell you something – as long as you have a breath left in you, it is never too late. Baby steps my friends, that’s all you need to get going. Baby steps, and perhaps the closest thing I have found to a tiny miracle: essential oils.
I am not saying that essential oils are going to turn back the clock.
However, certain oils may stop time for a bit.
I’m just saying we all need a nudge. We need that naggy aunt Linda who pushes us and brags about us. That is what these essential oils will do for you, give you that kick in the butt no matter how big or small it may be (pun intended) to provide you with the energy to get on track and stay the course.
