A workplace essential oil diffuser can be a great way to deal with the stress that can come from the workplace. However, you need to make sure that it is actually an option. If you have your own desk or workstation away from others, this could be an option, or if you have your own office, then there shouldn’t be much of a problem since that is your space. Carving out your own little bit of a peaceful area and adding some aromatherapy to your domain could be a great way to help lessen the slide into negative emotions and keep you propped up and in a better general mood. However, you will want to be careful with diffusing oils in an open or shared space as others may be allergic to essential oils or they may cause issues in individuals who struggle with asthma or other upper respiratory issues.

If you don’t have the option of using a diffuser at work because of a cubicle setup or public area where scents aren’t allowed (or heavily controlled), there are still some potential options.
