How you manage your stress will depend on the type of stress, the surrounding environment, various options, and desires that you face. For instance, stress in the workplace could be managed by switching departments, obtaining a position elsewhere, or starting your own company. If none of these are feasible, you might need to incorporate other stress-reduction methods into your day until you have a plan worked out.
You might find that a good jog in the local park is the best way to relieve some of the tension building up in your body. The difference can be quite incredible once you have trained your mind and body to sleep on a schedule.
It is important to create a schedule for going to bed and waking up in the morning. Preferably the routine is repeated at the same times each day so that your mind will recognize when it is time to energize and when it is time to wind down. Though it might be challenging at first, you will eventually fall into the routine.
The first component is to create a bedtime ritual. Turn off your digital devices at least one hour before going to bed. During that time, engage in a series of relaxing activities that will help you to wind down. Here are some ideas to think about adding to your nightly routine:

- Grooming (wash face, brush teeth, etc.)
- Reading a non-digital book or magazine
- Creating a gratitude list

Go to bed at the established time, and remain there for twenty to thirty minutes. If you are not asleep yet, get out of bed and practice deep breathing exercises or another relaxing behavior for fifteen minutes before climbing back into bed. Repeat as necessary until you fall asleep.
Tossing and turning will only make it more difficult to associate your bed with sleep, so this technique should help you to switch the way your mind and body respond to it.
Create a pleasing routine for the morning as well. Give yourself at least fifteen minutes of greeting the day before you begin getting ready. Some ideas include:

You need to eat lots of produce each day. Much of it should be raw and you need to include at least one or two servings of green leafy vegetables daily.
