In order to make your New Year's resolutions stick, it's important to be determined and make your resolutions realistic and attainable. These important tips will help you to stick to your New Yea's resolutions no matter what they are.

Sit down and think about how likely you are to achieve your resolutions. Don't wait until the last minute; instead, spend a few weeks considering what you hope to achieve this year. This way, you'll be much more likely to set goals that you will actually achieve.

Be Reasonable and Realistic


If your New Year's resolution is to do something major, break it down into manageable chunks so that you can do the steps in increments. If you set smaller goals rather than larger ones, you're much more likely to reach your goals. 1

When you break it down, it's much easier to reach your goals and you're less likely to become disheartened and give up.
